Reservations

 

To ensure each of you are as unique as can be, Bogastreet carries only limited quantities of each item available on the website.

To make sure you don’t miss out on that piece you really want, stay ahead of everyone else by reserving it.

Look out for our previews of new collections on the Bogastreet Facebook Page 3 days before they officially launch on the website.

Email us at reserve@bogastreet.com anytime stating the code, color and size of the item you'd like to reserve.

Please note that we will hold items for up to 3 days for non-members and 5 days for members after which you will receive a purchase confirmation for you to proceed with payment.

With preview reservations, we will hold the items until the launch of the collection after which you will receive a purchase confirmation to proceed with payment.

Payment terms remain 2 working days as consistent with all other transactions on Bogastreet.

 

Backorders

If you find that you would like a particular item that has been sold out, please feel free to backorder that particular item subject to availability by emailing us at reserve@bogastreet.com stating the code, color and size. In order to backorder an item, we require a deposit of $10 or 15% of the item price upon order (this will depend on which amount is higher).  

Once the item has been attained, we will notify you via email and the balance needs to be paid to Bogastreet within 2 working days or Bogastreet reserves the right to forfeit any deposit paid. 

Should the product be no longer available though, we will inform you and proceed to refund the full deposit. 

This is to ensure all backorders are legitimate.
