The following terms govern the use of and purchase of products from bogastreet. the use of the website constitutes the agreement to follow and be bound by those terms stated. bogastreet may from time to time change the terms that govern the use of the website. The use of the website following any such change constitutes the agreement to follow and be bound by the terms as changed. Bogastreet may change, move or delete portions of, or may add to, the website from time to time, without prior notice.

Use Restrictions

2. Pay users any compensation for any Feedback; or
3. Respond to any user Feedback

No Feedback submitted by users to the website should violate any right of any third party, including copyright, trademark, privacy or other personal or proprietary rights. In addition, no Feedback submitted by to the website will contain defamatory or otherwise unlawful, abusive or obscene material. All users are and shall remain solely responsible for the content of any Feedback made.
Bogastreet maintains the right to use and/or disclose information about user demographics and use of the website in any manner that does not reveal user identities. By participating in any website contests, promotions, and/or requesting promotional information or product updates, Bogastreet reserves the right to use user information for marketing, promotional and other business purposes.

 

Products Information

Most Bogastreet products displayed on the website are available while stocks last. The prices displayed on the website are quoted in Singapore Dollars and are valid throughout all countries.

 

 

Payment

 

Upon confirmation of a purchase, all customers are required to provide Bogastreet with proof of payment (image of atm slip, receipt for internet payments) within 2 working days after which items selected will be put back up on sale and that particular customer’s name will be black-listed. Colors

Bogastreet makes every effort to display, as accurately as possible, the colors of all products that appear on the website. However, as colors may vary according to screen resolutions, Bogastreet will not be liable for any difference in colors of actual products.

 

Return and Exchange Policy

The Bogastreet  Return and Exchange Policy apply only to online purchases made through www.bogastreet.com
All sales of products on www.bogastreet.com are final.
However, should any items purchased at www.bogastreet.com fall into the following categories,

1. There is defect in our merchandise. Defects include holes, missing parts, faulty stitching and discolouration.
2. Wrong merchandise size shipped.

Please contact Bogastreet via e-mail stating the invoice number and send it to ask@bogastreet.com including snapshots of the "defective" item to determine the severity of defect. Bogastreet will then contact the customer to inform them of the next step.
Customers shall bear full responsibility in making sure items mailed back are packed securely and sealed properly. Bogastreet strongly encourages the use of a delivery service with tracking capability and will bear any responsibility for lost mails in connection to such returns or exchange. Bogastreet will only bear the "normal postage" shipping cost for returns.

For items deemed defected by Bogastreet, the item will be exchanged for the same item if it is still in-stock, or a full refund if that particular item is out of stock. Other than the above mentioned, Bogastreet strictly does not entertain any forms of refunds.
Bogastreet reserves the right to exercise discretion in permitting all returns and exchanges. Items mailed back to Bogastreet without prior confirmation will not be entertained.

 

DISCLAIMER

The site and all its contents are provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to, warranties of title or implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Use of the site is at user’s sole risk, and full responsibility for all costs associated with all necessary servicing or repairs of any equipment used in connection with use of the website belongs to the user. Bogastreet shall not be liable for any damages of any kind related the use use of this site.
